When sitting or training on the ball, deep muscle groups are automatically activated – especially in the pelvic floor, abdomen, and back. The body balances itself, which improves posture, strengthens the muscles, and increases concentration.
The specially developed ABS® material prevents a sudden burst if damaged by sharp objects such as scissors, needles, or glass shards. Instead, the air escapes in a controlled and slow manner – minimizing the risk of an uncontrolled fall.
Important to know: Slight wrinkles and shape changes after inflation are due to the material and do not affect safety or functionality. The ball returns to its round shape after a short time.
